Overview

AMT-676 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) under development by Multitude Therapeutics for the treatment of various advanced solid tumors, including colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, esophageal adenocarcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic ductal cancers, and neuroendocrine tumors.
