Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**AMT2003**, also called **Auron Misheil Therapy**, is an intramuscular fixed-dose immunomodulatory combination developed by Auron Healthcare for advanced solid tumors. It contains aqueous chamomile extract supplemented with calcium, vitamins, chlorpheniramine, and human insulin. The proposed anticancer rationale is that its natural and synthetic components may produce pleiotropic anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and antineoplastic effects; however, a specific validated molecular anticancer target and mechanism have not been established. AMT2003 was evaluated in terminated Phase II and Phase II/III studies in advanced colorectal carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and other advanced solid tumors refractory to standard therapy.
