AMTRIX-D is a decellularized, viro-inactivated, desiccated, and sterile allogeneic amniotic membrane graft developed by TBF Genie Tissulaire. It is designed to function as an anti-adhesive barrier following the surgical release of tendon adhesions (tenolysis), particularly in the hand. By wrapping the surgically released tendon, the membrane aims to reduce the recurrence of adhesions and promote the recovery of hand functionality. As a biological graft, it provides a physical barrier and a scaffold that supports tissue healing while minimizing inflammatory responses that lead to scarring and adhesion formation.
