AMUN-003

AMUN-003 (also known as rAd.sT.GM) is an investigational oncolytic adenovirus therapy developed by AmunBio in collaboration with NorthShore University HealthSystem. It is engineered to selectively replicate in and lyse tumor cells while expressing two therapeutic transgenes: sTGFβRIIFc (a soluble transforming growth factor-beta decoy receptor) and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF). This dual-action approach is designed to disrupt immunosuppressive TGF-beta signaling and recruit and activate antigen-presenting cells within the tumor microenvironment, thereby stimulating a robust, systemic anti-tumor immune response. AMUN-003 is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of solid tumors, including triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and melanoma, and is designed for both local (intratumoral) and systemic administration.
