AMX-268 is a preclinical EpCAM-targeted bispecific T cell engager designed using Amunix’s XPAT/Xtendable half-life technology to activate CD3-positive T cells selectively within the tumor microenvironment while minimizing systemic and on‑target/off‑tumor toxicity. Data presented by Amunix indicate that AMX-268 can reduce in vivo on‑target but off‑tumor toxicity by at least an order of magnitude compared with conventional EpCAM-directed T cell engagers, with lower immunogenicity and an improved safety profile projected from preclinical models.[2][7][9] The program has been developed by Amunix Pharmaceuticals (now part of Sanofi’s oncology/XPAT portfolio) for the treatment of EpCAM‑expressing solid tumors, with global development status reported as pending or preclinical.[5][9]
