Overview

AN1025 is an oral small molecule drug candidate developed by Adlai Nortye for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It functions as a β-catenin suppressor, targeting the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway—a key regulator of cell cycle progression, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, angiogenesis, stemness, and the tumor immune microenvironment. Aberrant activation of this pathway is implicated in various cancers. Preclinical studies have shown that AN1025 reduces β-catenin levels in tumor cells and demonstrates dose-dependent anti-tumor activity in xenograft mouse models. Cancer cell lines with high β-catenin expression are more sensitive to AN1025 treatment[1][2][5].
