This is a non-standard, multi-drug combination consisting of two aromatase inhibitors (anastrozole and letrozole) and two HER2-targeted monoclonal antibodies (pertuzumab and trastuzumab). - **Anastrozole** and **letrozole** are small molecule aromatase inhibitors that block the conversion of androgens to estrogens, thereby reducing estrogen levels. There is no evidence that this exact four-drug combination (anastrozole + letrozole + pertuzumab + trastuzumab) is approved or commonly used together; typically only one aromatase inhibitor would be combined with anti-HER2 therapy in clinical practice.
