Aneczem

**Aneczem** is a Farmaprim topical fixed-dose dermatologic combination containing betamethasone dipropionate, clotrimazole, and gentamicin sulfate. Betamethasone is a potent glucocorticoid that suppresses inflammation and pruritus; clotrimazole is an imidazole antifungal that inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis; and gentamicin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis. The cream and ointment are marketed for corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses complicated by, or suspected to involve, secondary bacterial and/or fungal infection.
