Anedol-SP

Anedol-SP is a multi-action fixed-dose combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory tablet marketed by MetaneX Life Science. It typically contains three active ingredients: aceclofenac, paracetamol (acetaminophen), and serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that preferentially inhibits cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) to reduce the production of prostaglandins involved in pain and inflammation. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, likely through central nervous system mechanisms and weak inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
