Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Aneustat** is an orally administered, proprietary plant-derived phytochemical combination being developed by Omnitura Therapeutics as a multitargeted anticancer and immunomodulatory therapy. The agent has completed a Phase 1 dose-escalation study in patients with advanced cancer and lymphomas. Preclinical prostate-cancer studies indicate that Aneustat inhibits aerobic glycolysis, reducing glucose consumption and lactate secretion, and is associated with a more immune-permissive tumor microenvironment, including increased cytotoxic CD8-positive T-cell to regulatory T-cell ratios, increased natural-killer-cell infiltration, and reductions in regulatory T cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells. It has also shown preclinical synergy with docetaxel in patient-derived models of advanced prostate cancer. Specific molecular binding targets and the individual phytochemical constituents have not been publicly disclosed. ([omnituratherapeutics.com](https://omnituratherapeutics.com/about-aneustat))
