Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Angocin Mannose Plus-Repha is a multi-component dietary supplement developed by Repha GmbH, designed to support bladder health and the immune system. It features a 5-component combination consisting of D-mannose, Qcran cranberry powder, watercress extract (*Nasturtium officinale*), Vitamin B3 (niacin), and Vitamin D3. D-mannose and cranberry proanthocyanidins work by inhibiting the adhesion of pathogenic bacteria, such as *E. coli*, to the urinary tract epithelium. Watercress provides glucosinolates (mustard oils), which have traditional use in urinary health. Niacin contributes to the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes, while Vitamin D3 supports normal immune function. The product is administered as a direct-stick powder that dissolves in the mouth without the need for water.
