Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AniDes Wound Spray is a veterinary medical device developed by Repolar Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of wounds, skin abrasions, and irritated skin in animals. The product is a topical resin-based spray formulated with active ingredients derived from Norway spruce (*Picea abies*) resin, utilizing proprietary Resol Technology. It functions by forming a protective and soothing oily film over the affected area, creating an optimal environment for wound healing and enhancing re-epithelialization. Additionally, the spray exhibits broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against bacteria, yeasts, and fungi. It is designed to be non-stinging, alcohol-free, and contains a bittering agent to prevent animals from licking the treated site.
