Aniosgel

Aniosgel is a topical ethanol-based antiseptic hand gel developed and manufactured by Laboratoires Anios for hygienic hand treatment and surgical hand disinfection. The product contains ethanol 70.0% w/w, equivalent to approximately 76.91% v/v, and acts through the broad nonspecific antimicrobial effects of alcohol, including rapid protein denaturation and membrane disruption in microorganisms rather than engagement of a discrete molecular target. It is a ready-to-use over-the-counter gel hand rub applied topically with friction, with labeled use including 30 seconds for hygienic hand antisepsis and two successive 45-second applications for surgical hand disinfection.
