Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ANK-103 is a cytokine-based immunotherapy being developed by Ankyra Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. It consists of an Interleukin-2 (IL-2) cytokine designed to stimulate T cell and natural killer (NK) cell activity within the tumor microenvironment. ANK-103 utilizes Ankyra's proprietary Anchored Immunotherapy platform, which is designed to retain the cytokine locally at the site of injection following intratumoral administration. This localized retention is intended to enhance therapeutic efficacy by maintaining high concentrations within the tumor while minimizing systemic exposure and the toxicities typically associated with systemic IL-2 therapy.
