ANK-203

ANK-203 is a first-in-class anchored monoclonal antibody targeting CD137 (also known as 4-1BB), an immune costimulatory molecule, being developed by Ankyra Therapeutics for the treatment of cancer. Part of Ankyra's anchored immunotherapy platform, ANK-203 is designed to be delivered locally and retained within the tumor microenvironment. This localized approach is intended to activate the CD137 pathway to drive potent anti-tumor immune responses while avoiding the systemic toxicities that have limited the clinical utility of previous CD137 agonists. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that ANK-203 can induce regression of established tumors and stimulate a systemic immune response capable of targeting distant, untreated lesions.
