Overview

ANK-303 is a dual-targeting bi-agonist developed by Ankyra Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to simultaneously engage the CD137 (4-1BB) and Interleukin-2 (IL-2) pathways. By targeting CD137, a potent costimulatory receptor on T cells and NK cells, and providing IL-2 signaling, the drug aims to amplify anti-tumor immune responses within the tumor microenvironment. This bi-agonist approach is intended to provide synergistic activation of effector immune cells while potentially improving the therapeutic window compared to systemic administration of individual agonists. As of early 2024, the program is in the discovery stage and utilizes Ankyra's anchoring platform to localize the therapeutic effect within the tumor.
