ANK-780

**ANK-780** is an investigational antigen-specific immunotherapy developed by Anokion SA for multiple sclerosis (MS). It utilizes the company's proprietary liver-targeting technology to conjugate autoantigens—potentially including myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG), though not confirmed—to induce immune tolerance by re-educating the immune system in the liver to distinguish harmful from healthy antigens, thereby reducing autoimmune attacks. Preclinical data demonstrate prevention of disease onset, induction of remission, and superiority over non-targeted antigens or VLA-4 inhibitors in MS models, with clinical development planned to begin in 2020 under a partnership with Celgene.[1][2][11]
