Anlotinib + carboplatin + pemetrexed is a combination regimen used primarily in the treatment of advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly in patients who are EGFR/ALK wild-type or have developed resistance to prior therapies such as osimertinib.
