Anlotinib is an oral small molecule multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits angiogenesis and tumor proliferation by targeting vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR), platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR), fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR), and c-Kit. Cisplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapy agent that forms DNA crosslinks, inhibiting DNA replication and transcription. Pemetrexed is an antifolate antimetabolite that disrupts folate-dependent metabolic processes essential for cell replication. The combination of these three drugs has been investigated as a first-line regimen for advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in patients without EGFR/ALK mutations, showing promising antitumor activity and manageable toxicity[1][2][3].
