Overview

A combination therapy consisting of anlotinib, a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor that blocks angiogenesis and tumor growth, and vinorelbine (Navelbine), a vinca alkaloid chemotherapy drug that interferes with cell division by disrupting microtubules. This combination has shown promising efficacy and manageable safety profile in treating advanced cancers, particularly as a second-line treatment for elderly patients with advanced squamous cell lung carcinoma.
