This combination leverages antiangiogenic therapy (anlotinib), immunotherapy (PD1 blockade), and cytotoxic chemotherapy (gemcitabine plus cisplatin). It has been investigated primarily for advanced solid tumors including biliary tract cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, sarcomas, and other malignancies. The rationale for this regimen is to combine direct cytotoxic effects with modulation of the tumor microenvironment to enhance immune-mediated antitumor activity[1][5].
