Overview

ANOC-002 is an investigational, autologous TCR-modified T cell therapy being developed by Anocca for the treatment of metastatic or locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma with KRAS G12V mutations presented by specific HLA class I alleles. The product consists of a patient’s own T cells genetically engineered to express a high-affinity T cell receptor that recognizes a KRAS G12V-derived peptide in the context of defined HLA molecules, enabling targeted recognition and killing of KRAS-mutant tumor cells following lymphodepleting chemotherapy. ANOC-002 is being evaluated in the phase 1/2 Vidar-1 umbrella trial as one of several KRAS-targeted TCR-T cell products, with clinical development focused on safety, dose finding, expansion/persistence, and antitumor activity in advanced pancreatic cancer.[1][3][5]
