Overview

ANOC-003 is an engineered autologous T-cell receptor (TCR)-modified T-cell therapy (TCR-T) developed by Anocca AB for targeting the KRAS G12D mutation in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). It recognizes the mutated KRAS G12D antigen presented by HLA-A*11 alleles, enabling T-cell activation and anti-tumor activity in patients with metastatic or locally advanced PDAC post-standard-of-care therapy. The therapy is administered following lymphodepleting chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide and fludarabine, and is being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 master protocol (NCT07145450) assessing safety, expansion, persistence, and efficacy including objective response rate and overall survival.[1][5][7]
