Overview

aNRP2-14 is an experimental humanized monoclonal antibody developed by aTyr Pharma that binds **neuropilin-2** and selectively blocks the **Semaphorin 3F and NRP2** interaction rather than VEGF-NRP2 signaling. Preclinical reports describe it as a high-affinity anti-NRP2 antibody used to probe NRP2 ligand-selective biology; in cell assays it blocked Sema3F-induced NRP2 and Plexin-A1 dimerization and reversed downstream inhibition of Akt phosphorylation. The program has been discussed primarily in the context of inflammation and immune-mediated disease biology, and available public information indicates a preclinical research-stage asset rather than an approved therapeutic product.
