Overview

ANS-TGF-β2 is an exclusive polymeric diet enriched with transforming growth factor-beta 2. It has been investigated for its use in remission induction and maintenance in pediatric Crohn's disease, and for decreasing postoperative complications after surgery for complicated ileocolonic Crohn's disease. The transforming growth factor-beta 2 component is a cytokine known for its immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties.
