ANS014004 + osimertinib is a combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of EGFR mutation-positive locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). ANS014004 is a novel small-molecule type II c-Met tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) developed by Beijing Pearl Biotechnology, a subsidiary of Avistone Biotechnology. It is designed to inhibit the MET protein, which is a common driver of resistance to EGFR-targeted therapies. Osimertinib is a third-generation, irreversible EGFR TKI that targets both sensitizing EGFR mutations and the T790M resistance mutation.
