Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ANS02 is a fourth-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) being developed by Avistone Pharmaceutical. As a small molecule, it is specifically designed to overcome resistance mutations that arise following treatment with earlier generations of EGFR TKIs, such as the C797S mutation which often confers resistance to third-generation inhibitors like osimertinib. ANS02 is currently in the preclinical stage of development for the treatment of solid tumors, particularly non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring specific EGFR mutations.
