Ansa is a combination product formulated as a sachet containing three active pharmaceutical ingredients: Vaccinium macrocarpon (commonly known as cranberry), Saraca indica, and Cimicifuga racemosa. It has been developed primarily for the prevention and treatment of uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs) in females.
