Overview

Ansipastobart (BR101) is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD73, an ecto-5'-nucleotidase highly expressed in various tumor types. By binding to a specific epitope of CD73, BR101 non-competitively inhibits its enzymatic activity and reduces the formation of immunosuppressive adenosine in the tumor microenvironment. In addition to blocking enzyme function, it also significantly decreases cell surface expression of CD73. This dual action is intended to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by limiting adenosine-mediated immunosuppression. The drug is being developed primarily for advanced solid tumors, including triple-negative breast cancer and pancreatic cancer[3][8][10].
