ANT-045 is an investigational Functional Drug Conjugate (FDC) developed by Antikor Biopharma that targets cMET-expressing cells in solid tumors, with a particular focus on gastrointestinal cancers. Utilizing Antikor's proprietary OptiLink technology platform, ANT-045 employs a small antibody fragment (scFv) rather than a full-length monoclonal antibody, allowing for a high drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR). This fragment-based design is intended to facilitate superior tumor penetration and faster systemic clearance compared to conventional antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), potentially expanding the therapeutic window. Preclinical data have demonstrated picomolar in vitro potency and significant in vivo efficacy across various cMET expression levels (high, medium, and low), alongside a favorable safety profile in non-human primate studies. The drug is currently progressing toward IND-filing.
