Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ANT-050 is a preclinical-stage VH-VH based bivalent fragment-drug conjugate (FDC) being developed by Antikor Biopharma, in partnership with Essex Biotechnology, for the treatment of solid tumors, including gastric and pancreatic cancers. Utilizing Antikor's proprietary FDC platform, ANT-050 is designed to combine the high specificity of miniaturized antibody fragments (single-chain variable fragments or scFvs) with potent cytotoxic payloads. This small-format conjugate is engineered to achieve rapid and deep tumor penetration, faster systemic clearance, and a wider therapeutic index compared to conventional antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
