Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ANT-060 is a preclinical-stage antibody fragment-drug conjugate (FDC) being developed by Antikor Biopharma for the treatment of solid tumors. Utilizing Antikor's proprietary OptiLink technology platform, ANT-060 is designed to combine the high specificity of miniaturized antibody fragments (such as single-chain variable fragments, or scFvs) with potent cytotoxic payloads. This small-format conjugate approach is engineered to enable rapid and even tumor penetration, high drug-to-antibody ratios (DAR), and fast clearance from normal tissues, thereby expanding the therapeutic index compared to conventional whole-antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
