ANT-301 is an allogeneic adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell (AdMSC) therapy developed by Anterogen Co., Ltd. for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The product consists of stem cells harvested from healthy donor adipose tissue, which are then expanded and processed for therapeutic use. ANT-301 is designed for intra-articular injection into the knee joint, specifically targeting patients with Kellgren-Lawrence (K&L) Grade III or IV osteoarthritis. The therapy aims to leverage the immunomodulatory and regenerative properties of mesenchymal stem cells to reduce synovial inflammation, alleviate joint pain, and potentially facilitate the repair of damaged articular cartilage, thereby slowing the progression of the disease.
