ANTG-01

ANTG-01 is an investigational allogeneic gamma delta (γδ) T-cell therapy being developed for the treatment of solid tumors. Originally developed by Novellus Therapeutics and subsequently acquired by Brooklyn ImmunoTherapeutics (now Eterna Therapeutics), the therapy utilizes a proprietary non-viral, mRNA-based cell engineering platform. This platform is designed to produce high-quality, off-the-shelf γδ T-cells that can effectively target and eliminate cancer cells. Gamma delta T-cells are a unique subset of T-cells that possess both innate and adaptive immune properties, allowing them to recognize a broad range of antigens without the need for MHC restriction, which reduces the risk of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) in allogeneic settings.
