Drug intelligence / Profile preview
anti-BCMA panCAR is an investigational *in vivo* chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy developed by Orna Therapeutics. It leverages Orna's proprietary oRNA® platform, a synthetic, circular, coding RNA, combined with an immunotrophic lipid nanoparticle (LNP) for *in vivo* administration. This platform is designed to drive transient, re-dosable, and scalable CAR expression on immune effector cells without the need for *ex vivo* cell manipulation or preconditioning lymphodepletion. The therapy specifically targets B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and has shown robust preclinical activity in killing BCMA-expressing cells, with potential applications in multiple myeloma and other plasma cell or BCMA-related diseases.
