Overview

**Anti-c-Met Nanobody** is an unnamed, preclinical Ablynx Nanobody therapeutic described in 2013 AACR abstracts. In those reports, it was a bispecific, half-life-extended construct comprising one monovalent anti-c-Met Nanobody domain that antagonized hepatocyte growth factor binding to the MET receptor and one human-serum-albumin-binding Nanobody domain. It inhibited HGF-driven MET phosphorylation and downstream MAPK and Akt signaling, with antitumor activity reported in multiple-myeloma cell studies and U87MG glioblastoma and KP4 pancreatic-cancer xenograft models. No INN, sponsor development code, brand name, sequence-defined public identity, clinical trial, or subsequent active development program could be reliably assigned to the exact Ablynx candidate described by this generic designation.
