Drug intelligence / Profile preview
anti-CD137-6051 is a monoclonal antibody agonist targeting CD137 (also known as 4-1BB), a costimulatory member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. Developed by Protheragen, this therapeutic candidate is designed to enhance the activation, proliferation, and survival of cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells within the tumor microenvironment. By triggering CD137 signaling, the antibody promotes a robust anti-tumor immune response. It is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials for the treatment of various cancers.
