Overview

Anti-CD155 × Anti-Transferrin Receptor (TSRF-CNS) is a preclinical-stage brain-penetrating bispecific antibody being developed by Tasrif Pharmaceutical. It is designed to target the poliovirus receptor (CD155/PVR) for the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) malignancies, such as glioblastoma. The bispecific antibody is engineered with an anti-transferrin receptor (TfR) arm to facilitate receptor-mediated transcytosis across the blood-brain barrier (BBB), allowing the therapeutic anti-CD155 arm to accumulate within brain tumors and engage the target to modulate immune responses in the tumor microenvironment.
