anti-CD19 and anti-CD22 dual-targeting CAR-T cells (specifically the bicistronic construct B019) is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to simultaneously target CD19 and CD22 on B-lineage cells. Developed by SPH Biotherapeutics in collaboration with Shanghai Children's Medical Center, this therapy utilizes a bicistronic lentiviral vector to express two independent CARs on the surface of T cells, aiming to prevent antigen escape and subsequent relapse. It is primarily being evaluated for the treatment of pediatric relapsed or refractory B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), adult B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
