Anti-CD19 CAR-T is a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy developed by Shenzhen Innovation Immunotechnology. The therapy involves engineering a patient's T cells to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) that specifically recognizes the CD19 antigen, a protein highly expressed on the surface of B-lineage cells, including those in various hematological malignancies. Upon infusion, these modified T cells bind to CD19-positive malignant cells, triggering T-cell activation, proliferation, and targeted cytotoxicity. This specific CAR-T product is being investigated for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, with a particular focus on relapsed or refractory acute B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), including high-risk cases such as those with the T315I mutation.
