Overview

anti-CD19 CAR-transduced T cells (also known as yinnuokati-19) is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Shenzhen Innovation Immunotechnology. It consists of patient-derived T cells genetically engineered to express a CAR targeting the B-lymphocyte antigen CD19. Upon administration, these CAR-T cells specifically bind to CD19-expressing B cells, triggering T-cell activation, expansion, and the targeted elimination of malignant B cells. The therapy is being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials in China for the treatment of CD19-positive B-cell malignancies, including B-cell leukemia and B-cell lymphoma.
