Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Anti-CD19 IL10 CAR-NK is a cellular immunotherapy that uses natural killer (NK) cells engineered with a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting CD19, a surface protein found on B cells, combined with interleukin-10 (IL-10). This therapy represents part of the next generation of cellular immunotherapies that aim to overcome limitations of CAR-T cell therapies. CAR-NK cells have shown promising results in preclinical and early clinical studies for treating various B-cell malignancies, with potentially fewer side effects than CAR-T therapies.
