Overview

Anti-CD19 UCAR-T cells are a universal chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to target the CD19 antigen. This therapy involves a single intravenous infusion of engineered T-cells after lymphodepletion chemotherapy. It is being investigated for its safety and efficacy in treating refractory Juvenile Dermatomyositis (RJDM), with additional aims to characterize its pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties, assess its role in immune system reconstitution, and evaluate long-term survival benefits. The therapy is developed by Chongqing Precision Biotech Co., Ltd.
