Drug intelligence / Profile preview
anti-CD7 CAR-T is a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to target the CD7 protein found on T-cell lymphoblastic acute leukemia/lymphoma cells. Developed by Guangzhou Bio-gene Technology Co., Ltd, this autologous cell therapy involves genetically modifying a patient's own T-cells to express a CAR that recognizes and binds to CD7, leading to the destruction of cancerous cells. It is currently being investigated for its safety and efficacy in treating patients with relapsed or refractory T cell lymphoblastic acute leukemia/lymphoma.
