Overview

Anti-CD96 antibody is a first-in-class immuno-oncology therapeutic currently in preclinical development. It is designed to block the CD96 receptor, an immune checkpoint expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. By inhibiting the interaction between CD96 and its ligand CD155, the antibody aims to unleash the immune system's ability to combat cancer by enhancing NK cell activity and T cell responses. This therapeutic approach is being developed by Samyang Biopharm USA in collaboration with Talix Therapeutics NV.
