Drug intelligence / Profile preview
anti-CEACAM5 antibody is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate being developed by PEP-Therapy. It consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (CEACAM5) delivered intracellularly using PEP-Therapy's proprietary Cell-Penetrating Peptide (CPP) platform. This approach is designed to enable efficient intracellular delivery and endosomal escape of the antibody, allowing it to target intracellular CEACAM5 in colorectal cancer cells while minimizing off-target toxicity.
