Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Anti-Chikungunya mAb is a monoclonal antibody being developed by Techinvention Lifecare for the treatment and prevention of Chikungunya fever. Discovered or developed using phage display technology, this biotherapeutic is designed to bind specifically to the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV). By binding to viral surface proteins, the antibody neutralizes the virus's ability to enter host cells and promotes its clearance, thereby reducing viral load and mitigating the symptoms of Chikungunya fever. The candidate is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
