Overview
anti-CLDN3 ADC is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by GSK for the treatment of ovarian cancer and other claudin-3 (CLDN3)-overexpressing solid tumors. The therapeutic candidate consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting the tight junction protein claudin-3 (CLDN3) conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. In preclinical studies, including in-vivo Immuno-PET imaging in healthy cynomolgus monkeys, the biodistribution, pharmacokinetics, and tissue distribution of the conjugate have been evaluated to optimize its therapeutic index and mitigate potential gastrointestinal toxicity.
