Anti-CMV mAb is a monoclonal antibody being developed by Techinvention Lifecare for the treatment and prevention of Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infections. Discovered using phage display technology, the antibody is designed to bind and neutralize the virus. As of early 2024, the program is in the proof-of-concept stage of development, focusing on establishing efficacy and safety profiles in preclinical models to address infections caused by this common herpesvirus, which can be particularly severe in immunocompromised individuals and neonates.
