Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Anti-D-dimer IgG antibody is a murine, humanized monoclonal antibody conjugate developed for the in vivo real-time molecular imaging of thrombosis. Conjugated to the fluorescent reporter CF555, the antibody specifically targets D-dimer-rich regions within thrombi, allowing for the detection of active thrombotic sites and fibrin degradation products. This molecular probe is being developed to address the limitations of conventional venous thromboembolism (VTE) diagnostics, such as computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA) and ultrasonography, by providing spatial specificity and biological activity information of the clot.
